Mark kick-started his IT career back in 1994 within the hustle and bustle of the London financial markets sector. Upon his return to NZ in 1998 he worked in IT Management roles with exposure to FMCG brands like Gillette (including Braun, Duracell, Oral B) Ferrero, Kodak and a large service delivery company being ISS Facility Services.

These experiences and numerous IT Courses set the foundation of his skills in ERP systems, systems integration, IT infrastructure, business intelligence, systems administration, staff management, and of course clean shaves!

Mark joined BTG in early 2015 to manage the talented Network and Senior Engineering teams – he is very people and client focused and he understands the importance of truly relating to people at all levels of the business whether customers or internal staff.
When he’s not knee deep in his work Marks enjoys his time with his family, surfing Auckland’s wild west coast or photographing life.
