If you want to resolve the issue with Windows 10/11 machines that are experiencing ‘blue screens’ please try:

Rebooting the machine approx. 3 times.

This is currently the recommended method from CrowdStrike.

If you get an error which references ‘BitLocker’ you will need to contact us as you may not have the correct permissions or details.
